You incorrectly wrote 溶解 instead of 妖怪 once.

悪霊 RYOU should be a regular Onyomi, not FP.

It would be awesome if you could incorporate some error reporting script and/or comments/wiki-fication on every page. I'm in the process of going through every page and I find a lot of stuff I'd be happy to report if there was a built in system. Posting it in a 20+ page forum where things I find may have already been mentioned etc, not so much.

Otherwise, the site is great overall and very helpful.

Anyway, here's the thing I wanted to report:
差 discriminate
羊 (sheep) + 左 (left)

"Left" hasn't been introduced yet.

and it seems like "horny"+"king" is a more accurate breakdown? And might make for better mnemonics. e.g. The horny king discriminates against left handed concubines

Good smells should be 匂
Bad smells should be 臭

The verb 匂う is missing (Kanji obsolete and only for use with good smells).

There is obviously just one Jukugo 渇水 - water shortage. Why not teach it along? The ON is pretty useless otherwise.

COC K should probably be the tag, not the ONyomi, correct?

Missing third Kunyomi 抱える かか*える to embrace, to clasp

KUNyomi: There are obviously TWO pairs of verbs

散る - 散らす                 to scatter - but in the sense of to DISPERSE things
散らかる - 散らかす    to scatter - but in the sense of to MESS UP STUFF (foremost your room)

I copied the list of kanji on the http://kanjidamage.com/kanji page into a spreadsheet and found there are 121 radicals that you have "made up" and so you use your own image. What I found by editing the Wikipedia radical pages (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_Japanese_kanji_radicals and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simplified_table_of_Japanese_kanji_radicals), though, was that only 55 of those are truly radicals you've made up. Here's the Unicode versions of the other 66.
19 ヒ
69 冂
80 亠

Is this recource still updated?

I mean, the forum looks deserted, only bots talking to bots in all the topics, and the site itself looks like it is no longer updated (like, faults noted in this thread are not fixed). Besides that, some typical tags (like FP or KANA) are missing respective pages for some reason.

This resource is AWESOME for some many reasons, so it would be a real pity if it would just crash/vanish one day. Because unlike other kanji methods, this one has no offline version available - no PDF or something like that. If the site would go offline or some pages become unavailable, there would be no way to recover it.

@Istrebitel

Don't worry, the site is kind of maintained. Steve (the creator) is usually busy with his blog - link is on the bottom of the main page. In urgent cases (site is down etc.) you can reach him there to fix it. Guess he is just too busy to do fixed here regularly, but he intended to review all of the bug reports that have piled up over the last half year or so.
On the forum: just ignore these bot threads. FYI, there should be links to downloadable versions of Kanjidamage in some of the older threads. One user created a downloadable HTML-version and PDF printable Kanji cards once. Also, you may find Kanjidamage courses on www.memrise.com including most of the mnemonics.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1546-yellow-%E9%BB%84

Onyomi OU / KOU missing.
きいろ is KUNKUN, not KUNON

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1547-side-arrogant-%E6%A8%AA

Minor formatting mistake in monemonic: OU needs to be highlighted instead of +#++.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1558-rampage-%E6%9A%B4

"with" is missing from the mnemonic.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1564-capture-%E6%8D%95

I guess the Kunyomi should be something like this:
を 捕まる       to be caught
が 捕まえる  to catch sth.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1565-hells-circus

This definition gives me headaches. First, that part is written as "well"+"once more" (maybe "hellbunny"+"once more"), but it definitely is different from unicycle! Second, while "hell's circus" is a funny description, it doesn't go well with the Kanji meanings and the mnemonics do not stick well. Also, it is stong for "KOU", so no need to make up all those COCAINE mnemonics?
I'd call it "drug frenzy" or such...

Some problems with formatting.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1582-dance-flutter-%E8%88%9E

Kind of lacks 仕舞う although it's usually not written with Kanji.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1095-uncommon-%E5%B8%8C

This Kanji comes with the wrong definition. It should be "hope" or "expect", not "uncommon".

While 希 can also be pronounced まれ, the standard character for まれ is 稀. Checked this with various sources, and my Jpanese friends also seem to preferably use 稀.

Yeah I didn't go with hell's circus on this one!  I made it "pound" (#) + "once more". I think it works pretty well.

構 That guy is pounding nails into fliers into trees once more, he must really care about his lost dog. He also set up a call center.
講 As he says it he pounds once more on the podium to get his point across during his lecture.
購 The paperboy pounds once more on my door looking for the subscription money
溝 The bookie says "If I have to pound on your door once more I'll throw you in the wet ditch"

On the first Kanji it says the Onyomi is ICHI, ITSU. I know ichi but what is itsu and why do some kanji have multiple onyomi/kunyomi?

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1578-high-powered-prestigious-%E5%81%89

Onyomi "I" is sometimes used , e.g. 偉大な (formal term for 偉い?) or 偉人 - like Einstein, Hitler, Toyotomi Hideoshi...
Also 偉い is often used meaning "unbeliveabliy terrible, tremendous".

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1577-different-and-therefore-wrong-%E9%81%95

"different-and-therefore-wrong" - wouldn't "mistake" do it as well?
Also, the formatting on that page got messed and Kunyomi 間違える missing.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1579-defense-%E8%A1%9B

The Onyomi EI appears nowhere in the mnemonic. "The Fonz" is highlighted instead (c'mon this is too obscure for an international audience)...

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1604-get-%E6%9B%BD

This obviously used to be called "gain" in former versions of KD, which I actually prefer over "get". In addition, "get" is already occupied by 収.

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1608-buddhist-monk-%E5%83%A7

Isn't KD conceived as a resource for 1700  USEFUL kanji? Why is this in here? A joke?

http://kanjidamage.com/kanji/1609-layer-%E5%B1%A4

"gain/get" formatting
